A word from the Minister
"We are an active church that seeks to discover God at work in our lives and in the lives of others.

Through worship, learning, caring, service and in sharing the love of Jesus, we look to become His disciples. We are active as Christians in the local community and many groups find a home in our wonderful modern premises.

Whether you are visiting us through the website or at the church itself, I pray that you will glimpse something of the life we share in Christ, and that you may share that life too."

Rev. Sue Keegan von Allmen

Our Focus this Month
Harvest gifts for our local Basics Bank and the Christian Aid Harvest Appeal match-funded 1:4 by the EU!

We are celebrating Harvest in our services on Sunday 30 September.

In the morning service at 10.30 we will bring our donations of food stuffs for the Basics Bank in Eastleigh.

Their high priority need is for tinned meat meals: stew, hot dogs, ravioli, meatballs. Other items needed include long life milk, tinned tomatoes, savoury biscuits/crackers, ketchup, washing up liquid, dog food, cat food.

Please make sure that itmes you bring are in date and bear in mind that clients often have very limited cooking facilities.

We are also joing the Christian Aid Harvest Appeal called 'Breaking Barriers'. Every £1 given will be match-funded by £4 from the EU! Your £1 becomes £5!

So please consider bringing a tin for the Basics Bank and some money for the Appeal.

The service will be followed at 12.30 by a Harvest Lunch of roast pork and a cheesecake dessert.

Please sign up on the list in the Linkway if you plan to come along. Offers of help to clear away and wash up are needed!

No tickets, but donations to cover costs please.
